Reduce Isolation

Students receive 90 minutes of mentoring per week via web conferencing in the following life skills:

  • Reducing screen time, social media exposure, and gaming isolation

  • Planning our time to achieve personal and academic goals

  • Gaining independence by managing our responsibilities

  • Supporting local causes, volunteering, and going beyond self

  • Developing the right study habits to improve academic performance

  • Establishing healthy, productive routines

  • Navigating uncomfortable situations and sensitive peer relationships

  • Introducing ourselves to new/old experiences
